Testing and access to the vanguard

Coordinating testing between FGs, Local groups, understanding who does what when, and working on Alma roles. 

1. Do we want standard roles across the UC? Why? Why now?

   1. Maybe the FGs need to make sure that each tester has the same permissions to rule out permissions problems

Followup: Understand data cleanup timeline for each campus cleaning up their own data. Ask ILSDC group to take this issue and better understand it. Focus on the 4 fields that don’t get wiped.
