| After a discussion with ExL Trainers, we needed to make changes to our training schedule. We were still to (mostly) adhere to the IT Team recommendations for this training series. We are sharing this new schedule with ExL and will send details when it is finalized. |

4 | IT Workplan Discussion | Continue review of the IT workplan and identify missing items | 20 min | All | RE: Spring Training – Need to decide on Spring Training dates. Campus' that have similar questions should go together (e.g. those on Alma/PrimoVE vs those that aren’t). Also, consider the numbers. There is no upper limit cap, but we want to have smaller groups. Find out how many people from each campus are attending the workshops. T-T Workshops (Expertise Workshops). 2 Audiences: First, anyone planning on training staff before “go live” needs to attend these. The second audience is anyone who is going to responsible or potentially responsible for maintenance or configuration decisions after “go live” should attend this training. Focus is system configuration: how to configure and how they interlock; natural continuation of the Essentials training. |
