• Everything is in good shape with EUOS and IT steering.

• IT is planning a Primo VE first look webinar. They have consulted with EUOS and DFG. This is aimed at public services folks, not people doing configurations who would be attending the PrimoV workshop. IT aren’t the content experts but are happy to help. DFG are also not experts but the intent is just a basic demo. It would be a webinar for public services staff. EUOS has been talking about UCLS at campus meetings but not every campus has been doing this. EUOS shared some slides of what they’ve been doing. Discussing next week at a meeting.

• IT is working on expertise mapping and open houses. Invite the experts to talk at open houses, ideally, starting soon.

• Analytics overview proposed by ExL (IT will discuss and will followup at ExLPM meeting)

• Analytics workshop (proposed dates are coming from ExL).
