AEFG distributed the 003 Import Profiles decision page, and is working with some initial feedback. AEFG is coordinating with CDL on remaining decision pages: 001 CDL/campus e-inventory and POLs pending CDL review and close to final; 002 Campus Purchase Orders/Analytics - interim decision with post-go-live final testing/implementation; 008 E-Resources Troubleshooting - HIGH PRIORITY for AEFG/CDL; 006 Outbound Linking - follow-up w/ CDL, etc. for project planning, incl. image requirements for Get It at UC button; Lisa S. had Susan bring up at ICs for reviewing Ex Libris action item in light of AEFG work; new 014 Alma Config for Discovery (Display Logic, General Electronic Svcs, etc.) - see MVP item below. Lisa and Carla attended regular Usage Statistics systemwide meeting 5/27 with recommendation re: Analytics coordination. DFG: Finalizing Worldcat decision draft - will send to RMFG & Fulfillment Groups when ready; looking at Worldcat Basic Discovery (as many campuses prefer it to Worldcat.org) Fulfillment and ILL: Finalizing (Go-Live) Policies for Resource Sharing Forms (Go-Live) Harmonization of Loan Periods and Blocks in the UCs Automated Fulfillment Network . Coordinating salesforce case ticket submission with ILL-Ops based upon discoveries made during our Ex-Libris meeting regarding Digitization. |

| 4 | MVP - Primo VE Configuration needing Collaborative Work, including Display Logic Rules | From the Primo VE workshops: what areas need additional review/collaboration for configuration? Examples: Display Logic Rules, General Electronic Services, etc. that may need discussion across functional areas including e-resources management, fulfillment, CDL for NZ-level configuration. How should these collaborative areas in Discovery be addressed? What is currently on MVP to represent this, and if needing more, how should these items be represented (& with what ownership)? | 15 | Lisa | Lisa: it’s a big issue that impacts a lot of areas and might be good to do some messaging and start thinking about next steps. Do we need a subgroup? Are there minimums that need to be in place for Day 1? Jess: recent Primo trainings have surfaced some areas that weren’t on the radar before, some might be better candidates for post go-live. Fulfillment: June 11 is the target. PSELG: No pending decisions. DCFG: No pending decisions. Ongoing: make sure we keep the public service components in mind as we keep making decisions. PSELG is also going to keep monitoring discussions | To be shared with ICs and EUOS | June 11 is our target date. Let us know if that won’t work. |
