Check-in / updates

Christine

  • Do we still need the authority control meeting? Liz M to confer with her FG.

  • RLF meeting with Ex Libris: proposed date is 9/21 1-2 pm. This will be a meeting where the RSPG presents to ExL and allows them to ask the RLFs questions. RLF questions for ExL will be reviewed (but not necessarily answered) at the meeting and submitted to BC afterwards.

  • Shared vendors/workflow for e-resources on 8/27- who is taking charge for getting those questions on BC by 8/13? Can we just ask folks to post their own questions to BC? Thoughts? This is being handled by Holly E.

Vanguard testing

All

  • strategize around having to possibly wait until October. Can we get access to the NZ. Put this on the meeting

  • Xiaoli to review testing worksheet. Anything missing? Maybe try it out and see what needs to be tweaked. Each group makes a tab for their group

  • wait on the MVP

  • ICs are interested in inviting FGs to present their test plans at an IC meeting (not sure if any action has been taken yet on this..)

Is this still needed as a recurring item? What did we decide?

IT is working on Alma workshops Oct 5-9: ordering sessions and selecting times during the week.

During VG only - what are the modules that are coming up?

What’s happening in IC’s (8/6 meeting)

Coming next week (or today if time permitting) This is a big task and we need to scope it so we gain value from the investigation. See also
