4	HathiTrust Collections			Liz/Shi	Any reason not to move forward with the Worldwide CDI collection Have received so far that Campuses in favor to activate: UCD, UCI, UCLA, UCR, UCSB, UCSC, UCSF Two suggestions on adding public note: "Title is provided from a free resource on the internet. Access to contents may change without warning." or prefer some kind of public note that these are freely available resources where content links may sometimes be unreliable. Public note cannot be added to CDI collections, will table for now and may be a larger OA discussion OA vs “freely available” discussion
5	Amalivre update			Hermine/Adam	UCLA deleted OCLC holdings and unlinked from NZ (about 79 records). UCB had around 400+ non English-language records. Will unlink set soon.
6	Adjust Brief Level rule?			Hermine/Liz	In the MDE under Rules - Brief level. OCLC getting rid of OCLC-defined encoding levels. Will form subgroup to discuss further in January.

8	Parking Lot/additional discussion				Alma August release has five CZ “Managed by Community” collections where portfolios can be deleted by everyone Interest in session answering questions on how campuses decide when or why to use CZ Limited Search Functionality in Alma and Analytics EL has been asked repeatedly to index all MARC fields. There is a limit on the number of local parameters we can set up, and there is a need to identify data that is not indexed (example, content type) Alma Idea Exchange: Add 880 field to the Bibliographic Details dimension table in Analytics Sharing session idea - fun with the CZ? (Maybe in conjunction with e-res?) Evaluate and refine WDU configuration
