Item | Desired Outcome | Time | Who | Notes | Decisions | Actions | |

1 | Updates |
| 5 mins | Liz
| Confirmed we will have an NZ instance of Primo for the Vanguard; should have sandbox access to Primo soon as well. Co-chair reminder: we need to choose someone in the next 3 weeks. Co-chair does not have to go to PPC meetings. Send Liz an email before 5/26 if you’re interested. |

2 | NZ demo debrief/Bib record management in different zones |
| 20 mins | Liz | Link to recording: https://ucop.zoom.us/rec/share/7v1ecZTZ0ztOT43M1lHdY7cFIa7Xaaa8hyge_fcEnU-h3okIW3zzkfDVs0m_tDt0?startTime=1589227288000 Presentation PDF Some was a rehash of documentation already available. Questions from chat will be answered via Basecamp. And they will meet with FGs the week of June 1. (Probably June 2 at our usual meeting time--the whole agenda will be devoted to discussion with ExL.) Answers to some NZ questions we asked have been updated in the Critical SILS Issues Google doc (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1L6f-KH7T5wXQmhGMTuxfRA5JxOJozGjCR7vypXrmREA/edit?usp=sharing) Basecamp access: PPC, ICs, and ExL. Workflow diagrams were especially helpful. Generally not prescriptive--lots of options; examples of how other consortia have done things. |

3 | IC assignments | Review new assignments from the ICs | 50 mins | Liz/All | Decision pages in general: PPC gives them to us. Change statuses as we go. Short description, owning group, approver, stakeholders (R: Responsible; A: Accountable; C: Consulted; I: Informed); decision-making process, priority, and due date. Also recommendation, background, questions to consider, dependencies, action log. Decision pages we are responsible for aren’t necessarily in our space (they live in the space of the group that created them), but they could be moved. For now, look in meeting notes. Notetaker will generally take notes on decision pages during discussion; other members will edit afterward. SCP, SFX, and related resource records handling for eResource records in NZ - VANGUARD |

4 | Look at some local fields | Start exploring options for 9xx fields that ExLibris needs for their own data | 15 mins | Liz/All | data in 900-949 fields needs to be moved into another field For Alma campuses: will you keep the local data from your previous migration?
compiled by Sarah Wallbank (thank you, Sarah!) |
| Take a look at your campus and make notes on your 900-949 fields: is it something that could be kept in the NZ? If not, could you move it to a 950-999 field? It’s okay for campuses to continue using the same 950-999 fields even if they conflict. @Elizabeth Miraglia will find out from ExL which 9XX fields can be indexed. |
