| 5 mins | Liz
| ExLibris live Q&A June 2nd. This will be our only agenda item so any items that need to be completed before then will be finalized at our 5/26 meeting or via email. We also need to submit questions to Ex Libris ~3 business days in advance. Meeting will be recorded. Link to May 18 Q&A with ICs: https://ucop.zoom.us/rec/share/4u5pIO3y5mFOH9LKqxD2BrQxA9jLeaa8g3RL86cMyE-_3MfZ63pshG0GVjqqOk8D
Co-chair reminder: We have had one volunteer, if anyone else is interested please send Liz an email before 5/22 ***updated from 5/26 last week*** if you’re interested. Vanguard update: we got deadlines for turning in bib files and turnarounds are shorter than we anticipated, especially for Millennium campuses. We will likely have very short turnaround times and will also be making some “close-enough” decisions in the next 3-4 weeks. |
| Send Liz an email before 5/26 if you’re interested in being co-chair. |
2 | IC assignments | Finalize decisions | 35 mins | Liz/All | SCP, SFX, and related resource records handling for eResource records in NZ - VANGUARD Decided that RLF’s should stay with their campuses and not treated as an institution zone. Develop some use cases for different data management styles Order of Network Zone Record Loading - Vanguard

3 | Look at some local fields | Start exploring options for 9xx fields that ExLibris needs for their own data | 15 mins | Liz/All | data in 900-949 fields needs to be moved into another field For Alma campuses: will you keep the local data from your previous migration? Update from ExLibris: all 9xx fields can be indexed, strongly recommend setting aside “5-20” fields in 950-999 for shared use across campuses (different from NZ use)
compiled by Sarah Wallbank (thank you, Sarah!) Additional questions from SCP: Do we need the 920 campus information? A lot of Alma campuses already flip 793 data into 973 fields, should we make that official and should it be public facing? (This is Jean D.: Whoops I’m afraid I added a column in our 9XX sheet in Drive, but my comment should have been here, or below – about what fields OCLC has reserved.) -Do we want to look into standardizing a range of fields to set aside? Would be easier to index. |

4 | Visioning exercise | Draft a vision for SILS from a resource management perspective | 20 mins | All | What do we want out of SILS from a resource management perspective? What do we expect the system will be able to do? Draft here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_WrYFja1KGVJFHCvnXPB1XYnkW3M7U0v_Kfc-BHqg9o/edit |

| Serials management in Alma | 15 mins | All | For former Millennium campuses: where does the checkin record information wind up in Alma? From SCP: do we still need to add local OCLC holdings after migration to NZ? How do people maintain serial updates (title changes, etc.)? |
