Bibliographic records to leave out of the Vanguard NZ

Vanguard local RLF migration

Bib recs to leave out of NZ: Kept items listed in categories to Leave out of NZ and Add to NZ for Vanguard as is. Revisited items in category Leave up to campuses. Will provide additional considerations and guidance for those decisions left up to campuses. There are still some categories that need further testing and discussion during the test load period (e.g. order records).

Vanguard local RLF migration: Because there is still so much up in the air pending the outcome of the RLF Working Group, we decided that it would be best to leave any decisions on local RLF data with campuses for now. Campuses should clearly indicate that their material is at SRLF/NRLF. It would also be helpful for campuses to document their current RLF processes and procedures

Liz will revise the decision pages incorporating feedback from our discussions and send them out for a fist-of-five vote tomorrow.
