2 | Decision page Vote | Fist-of-five vote | 50 mins |
| Bib recs to leave out of NZ: Kept items listed in categories to Leave out of NZ and Add to NZ for Vanguard as is. Revisited items in category Leave up to campuses. Will provide additional considerations and guidance for those decisions left up to campuses. There are still some categories that need further testing and discussion during the test load period (e.g. order records). Vanguard local RLF migration: Because there is still so much up in the air pending the outcome of the RLF Working Group, we decided that it would be best to leave any decisions on local RLF data with campuses for now. Campuses should clearly indicate that their material is at SRLF/NRLF. It would also be helpful for campuses to document their current RLF processes and procedures |
| Liz will revise the decision pages incorporating feedback from our discussions and send them out for a fist-of-five vote tomorrow. | |
3 | Decision page review | Prep decision pages for campus feedback | 30 mins |
| Record local migration decisions
| Quickly reviewed the two 9xx decision pages for next week. See Actions section for homework | Campus feedback due 10/26 Consultant feedback due 10/21 | Non-9xx local data: Record what option your campus chose 9xx field mapping: Add fields that we may want to standardize to the RMFG brainstorm section |
