Should we do a second collection for more recent content? Maybe 2017-2019?

• Not right now, if there’s time/interest we can try it but we got a good sample size

Next steps:

• UCSD will get files from WorldShare once they’re ready. Liz will work with Hermine and Jean on importing into NZ

  • NZ load considerations:

    • Protect original systemID if possible

    • Add 908 note for RMFG OCLC Updates test

• Send list of affected MMS IDs and OCLC numbers to campuses for QC/feedback

• It’s likely that none of these records will have UCB or UCSD as an originating system. If that’s the case we can create 2 more test files (10,000 each?) to grab UCB and UCSD contributed records

Plan to wrap up feedback by November 10 to give RMFG one week for discussion before finalizing NZ load order on November 17.
