Feedback on RS OST, keep tweaking mismatches?

Review responses to form
decide: should we ask ExL for more tweaking?

8

all

Mostly ‘nos’, ‘yeses’ (33%) not strong

don’t push too much on ExL - but perhaps float a question to ExL ‘what more could be done’; ‘could potential mismatches be caught & pulled out of auto-workflow?, ready to be sent queue with note’; ‘incoming metadata?’

  1. add the ‘float’ questions to ExL agenda, don’t push too hard

3

Not Supplied analysis

review not supplied analysis - anything to discuss with ExL? plate for different path?

Alison / everyone

Questions:

‘no matching profile’: perhaps a question for WSILL

ebooks not flipping numbers: for SOC (Joe)
'not enough lenders': SOC (Joe/Alison) - open question about ‘what is enough lenders’

ExL question: why are some primo-sourced requests not sending over standard numbers? → look deeper beforehand to see if missing in Alma request(s) as well
