3 | potential mismatches out of auto-flow to VDX | to consider: |
| use ‘sending borrowing request rules’ to catch requests in ‘ready to be sent queue’; option: if no identifiers, don’t sent to broker |
| submitted to RS OST SC |
4 | Electronic Resources | configure P2P in addition to AFN? What about ebook records in PrimoVE? How could holding for print get grabbed? |

5 | UC physical requests going to broker - overly restrictive TOUs? | What recommendations/analysis could we provide for this? |
| UC to UC fills inside of VDX: as borrower: see a lot of fills from particular UC lender, tell that UC lender to look into IZ settings (ToU/item policy/hierarchy….) as lender: magically notice (file out UC borrowers from VDX picklist?) that you’re filling requests in VDX & look into those ToUs/item policy/hierarchy → file case with ExL if ToU not obvious fulfillment configuration utility (to see what sorts of policies/configs affect requests) |
6 | More project planning | Should this group take on these projects? Or, recommend another sub group(s)? |
| @Alison Ray (CDL) look to see if there are open mismatch sf cases → what needs follow up? (don’t have to look at UCI or UCSC) @Alison Ray (CDL) reach out to Steve B about AFN TF & future (non specific) follow up @Alison Ray (CDL) figure out rest of “done” for AFN TF |
