VDX reported problem to WSILL, who were not aware. affected ALL ISO systems (15k messages for all ISO systems) patch created unexpected ISO messages: checkin, receive, cancel, request pattern of behavior not yet determined in all cases ISO checkin messages: most problematic in terms of volume & also effects in system		If there are Request messages that appear in WSILL, send to RH on ticket RH will provide a report of affected UC requests to UC RH will provide document with process suggestions inform ILL processers that requests getting actions as borrower, processing receive/return & process strange, request will require extra attention
