2	Annual Statistics for AFN Re: AASA-PT	5	Dawson	We had asked: Do we want to pull ALL our own yearly stats or have AASA-PT pull AFN stats? by June 2025 We have been told: They didn’t have enough time to figure out if they could pull AFN stats. We will need to do this ourselves. Deadline: No firm deadline yet, August 22nd? Does this feel doable to everyone? (for this fiscal year, same process as last)		everyone think about AFN/RS stats do-able by Aug 22 to discuss july 23
3	Tipasa Checkin	40	Everyone	How has Tipasa been going? Any new issues? Discoveries? How are people feeling about their implementation? Case about CNR NCIP updates workarounds for CNR updates until fix is made (tags, emails, xref tipasa & alma rpts) automations issues - check your automations & post on bc any issues don’t forget to switch patron info when changing vdx recieves to tipasa recieves UCR reports that VDX lending returns don’t have to be de-isoed VDX renewals? de-iso & handle in Tipasa? costs too high (bookbands, request numbers) don’t bother, no renewals - following local policies for non renewable requests non-OCLC requests; tipasa dummy lenders don’t do ncip integration [yet] lending integration - UCSC did lending but haven’t done primo set up yet; multi-volume still an issue		everyone - check that automations are still working, post on bc any problems. @Alison Ray (CDL) ask when is tipasa analytics workshop?
4	Case 07936008 - Issue with RS requests automatically rejecting and closing (attached to item record instead of bib/holding - skipping some AFN partners & last resort)		UCR	UCM had to turn off requesting altogether escalated to ExL/UC support meeting (UC only) Jul 18, 2025		UCM update ticket with impact at campus (requesting had to be turned off altogether)
