2	SLF-South wrong AFN items issue	20	Sabrina	Wrong item regularly being sent when requests are coming through from Multivolume sets. UCSB, UCR, UCB all notice that this happens often UCD notes this is an occasional problem UCM & UCSC haven’t noticed as much Its possible that those who have SLF-S first in the Alma rota experiance this problem more as NRLF’s workflow accounts for these differences.	Gather examples to put together a proposal that SLF-S fix their workflow	Everyone to gather examples of when this happens. 3	Stats tracking for Alma Uploads	10	Sabrina	Some libraries use Alma to send PDFs/electronic deliveries to patrons. VDX/Tipasa requests are cancelled so how to we track? UCOP stats might not be accurate for these institutions. UCR, UCSF, UCM use this UCSC etc does not	UCR exploring stats locally	UCR to update RS-OST when they have a report
4	UC - UC requests in Tipasa	10	Dawson	Lending AFN conversions are laborious and UCSC has decided to stop doing them. Considering cancelling Tipasa request from other UCs that aren’t spec col. This could have a significant impact on other UCs, more data to be considered.
