4	Primo register link parameter testing	30	All	uresolver_remote_register parameter: Set to “None” Test if: ‘none' actually removes remote register link for all UCs : no register that request is only available at title level: true in all cases patron record gets created @ lending institution with resource sharing link: yes, network account was created double check that local holds can still be made (do any UCs allow item level local holds?): yes still can check that item status at other UC is still visible in Primo: yes still visible Check that patron recalls still work: yes, UCSC tested can item level request in Alma, “back end request”: UCR to UCB, successful what happens with auto? does it make an account when item viewed? yes.	RS OST prefers none; next step report back to F OST & OT. PSBs set to ‘none' none= creates network account when request is made auto= creates network account when item is viewed in Primo	@Dawson Kelly (UCSC) to update Fulfillment on our testing. No issues that affect resource sharing. Auto vs None choice is up to Fulfillment, share our observed pros and cons for each side of that argument.

7	Future Meetings			Nov 26th - UC Tipasa new UI feedback. Maruta’s suggestions: monthly check-ins with product team and representatives from the UCs provide release previews before they are rolled out to the membership encourage additional representatives from the UC libraries to join the Resource Sharing preview group Dec 3rd - Try and have VDX cleared of requests Dec 3rd - Workplan review Dec 15th - Last official last login date for VDX ??? True up gaps document, implementation issues, etc
8	Active Project Updates / Next steps and discussion times			Discuss release notes when available. Tipasa: review and revise gaps & showstopper document. P2P project - Revisit in September 2025 list of AFN reports - TBD/subgroup working
9	(bike rack) Capture important topics for future discussion			Do we want to keep physical P2P requesting turned on? RapidILL addition to UCs (JCN) create a document that tracks each UCs decisions around borrowing & lending UC-UC in Tipasa
