3	VDX disappearing Dec 15th	10	Dawson/Ralph	Where is every campus at with tracking outstanding VDX requests? Does anyone need help strategizing? Anyone behind? Ralph to review reports and strategies. how are people doing? UCSC feeling good, tracking in spreadsheet. UCR is working on master spreadsheet. UCB working on handling ~4k requests. UCM feeling good on lending & borrowing - tracked as needed. de-ISO anything left in VDX (now or as needed) then complete anything that’s ‘dealt with’ in VDX (accounted in tipasa or in spreadsheet, matching spreadsheet in VDX). completing in VDX will clear up VDX queue. UCSC will clear up ‘in transit’ and ‘missing’ in Alma. UCR question - what to do with requests with partners that are no longer on OCLC; any requests exisiting in Tipasa will stay in Tipasa - deISO means that OCLC takes over messaging. RH recommends de-iso then complete UCI considering re-creating VDX-VDX requests in Tipasa; for ISOs, de-ISO and tag requests note that Alma has VDX numbers, not Tipasa number for ISOed requests	OCLC recommends for requests with no-longer-OCLC partners: in Tipasa, de-ISO then complete After VDX off, can still de-ISO any requests in Tipasa - recommendation to de-ISO any active requests in Tipasa prior to shut down Jasper will stay up for 90 days past shutdown (December 15th - March 15th). Requests will not be updateable/are frozen. How to contact Ralph post shutdown: support@OCLC.com Make sure to add “This is a VDX question” in the first line.	@Alison Ray (CDL) to tipasa implementation team “Can we get a report from OCLC with all of our active ISOd to VDX requests in Tipasa?” by symbol; ask for tgq (VDX number) ask RS OST for other fields
4	VDX shutdown procedure	5ish	Ralph	VDX shutdown evening 15th web login off all ‘backend’ processes off - no updates from any system last reports for illreports (datawarehouse at CDL up into 2026) VDX database up until ~march 15, 2026 Jasper will be up until ~march 15, 2026		After web login off, any VDX questions go to regular OCLC support, put VDX or VDX Reports in subject line (maybe mention Ralph Horton)

NOTE: Jasper EOL ‘LASER’ report is the “VDX only” requests put off until 2026; change approach: what are people doing? (statuses of lost, billed, ‘effectively lost’, active fined, billed elsewhere?) then ascertain if there is anything that’s magically already aligned.
