After web login off, any VDX questions go to regular OCLC support, put VDX or VDX Reports in subject line (maybe mention Ralph Horton) Any non de-ISOed requests that Tipasa impl says are not yet de-ISOed; contact tipasa implementation team with questions tipasa_imp [@] oclc.org; may include incomplete-able requests “done-ness” may mean different things depending on site; judge your comfort/need level as appropriate
4	VDX shutdown procedure information recap	On your own time	Yourself!	VDX shutdown evening 15th web login off all ‘backend’ processes off - no updates from any system last reports for illreports (datawarehouse at CDL up into 2026) VDX database up until ~march 15, 2026 Jasper will be up until ~march 15, 2026
5	Ticket updates?			Standing item - no time this week. Any updates from outstanding tickets? temp item not getting created - seems related to service type changes cnr not updating orig req - oclc/uc/exl meeting tomorrow to review issue & expected resolution
6	Future Meetings			Dec 10 - checkin on VDX Dec 15th - Last official last login date for VDX Jan 7th/14th? - Workplan review Jan ?? - OCLC Attend meeting to introduce Chloe’s temp replacement Late Jan/Early Feb - UC-UC billing for old VDX requests ??? True up gaps document, implementation issues, etc
