UCSD looking to implement Rapido mid 2026 UCB looking to implement RapidILL mid 2026 UCI considering “plain” (non Rapido; non RapidILL) P2P with CSU | UCSC doesn’t have the staffing, time, or energy to deal with this right now and likely won’t for a few years.
