Currently have members from UCR & UCB -Nathan (UCM) has volunteered to help test -Dawson also ok with testing UCSC: Tipasa updated languages concerning article delivery, more options in Tiapsa than from outside systems (alma); has anyone heard about alma allowing/supporting accessibility from scanning software integration Tipasa OCR : Uploading a plain .PDF will give you the option to apply OCR. If you have already OCRed your file, it will upload without giving the option to reOCR. UCR has observed that OCLC’s OCR works better with non English, currently using ScanX.

3	old/new tipasa interface	10	ucr	UCR - have we gotten any updates on if we will be forced to move to the new interface? Website still suggested that we use the old interface, not mention of being moved to the new one. 4	Tipasa Gaps Document Cont.	40	Alison / Dawson	Continue to organize our issues and gaps documents, putting some items onto the workplan and organizing the rest into a single document we can reference. 5	Alma->Tipasa freaks out if nonoclc # in request			if nonoclc number appears in oclc field in request, Tipasa freaks out & doesn’t take in request, it goes to ‘ready to be sent’ queue		add ‘ready to be sent’ queue to queues to check
6	Ticket updates?			Standing item - no time this week. Any updates from outstanding tickets? temp item not getting created - seems related to service type changes cnr not updating orig req - integration tested successfully, awaiting OCLC to put into place (not eta yet
