Initial plan for socializing the new SILS Structure

Outline the initial plan, as developed in consultation with the SILS Commination Leads:

  • SILS-News post, week of Aug. 16, sharing a link to the CoUL-endorsed ongoing SILS structure (available on the uclibraries website) -->

  • SILS-News post, week of Sept. 06, to provide a brief overview of the new SILS Structure and remind folks about the upcoming town hall

  • SILS Town Hall on Sept. 21, to further socialize the new structure

  • Ask IC’s to encourage their campuses to attend the Town Hall.

  • Create the Town Hall powerpoint so that it can be shared afterwards.
