SILS Operations Center (SOC) staff meet twice weekly to discuss team tasks and goals.
SILS Operations Center has a separate ticketing system outside this wiki for issues that come in to SILS-sysops [@] cdlib.org . If you need an update on a particular issue please email the appropriate ticket thread.
