clarification from Sarah H on DOC vs chair requesting person be off/on boarded for tools?

process when off-cycle on/off request comes in: copy checklist from gdoc into ‘action points’ in SOC meeting agenda (example)? Planio tickets? gsheet?
changes to gdoc: discreet lines per each listserv; added instructions for easier adding/removing of people from listserv(s)

RM will probably need the production DB reindexed to mitigate the CJK issue. Greg F wondering if this is something Ex Libris would charge for. I think this unlikely. However, if they do, how would a charge like this get approved?
