“In some cases (due to a resolved issue in User Address history in the February 2025 Release), a one-time creation of an unnecessary history entry may occur.”

As far as we can tell, “some cases” at a minimum refers to anytime someone edits a portfolio that doesn’t have any prior history. When this happens, 4 fake history entries are added with the specific user’s id attached.

In the OT meeting on 4/30 they generally agreed that it’s ok to grant NZ Sandbox read-only access with just an inform. However, they want an official decision page to vote on.
