3	Ask-SILS/Planio	Do we want to use the listserv or ticket system?	15	GSL/AR	Alison did some testing on how Planio and the listserv interact with each other. ticketing system subscribed to asksils-l; made unable to send to listserv (prevents ticketing war); contact AND ask-sils come into ticket; REMOVE asksils-l from contacts when responding May need to check archive for cc’s; AMR to test if/how cc’s come into ticketing system		AMR to check how cc’s come into system AMR to add sils-sysops (ticketing system) to listserv AMR to mute all other subscribers
4	WIPT				Testing RM stuff: Delete bibliographic Records (need about 100k of fake bibs) MD Import Report (currently 1000 for exporting records) Control of how many NEW files can be processed by Alma MD Import		Gem will double check RM has no concerns and then forward info to Liz to look into.
5	Copying the Network Zone Configuration as an Institution Zone Administrator	Determine if we have any concerns before bringing to OT.	10	GSL	As of the August release, we now have the option to let IZs copy NZ settings (that are available in the Consortia Dashboard).	No Concerns	Gem will write up a little doc for OT to see if they’re interested.
6	Remembering to update SAML Certificate before Dec 31, 2030	Figure out the best way to make sure this doesn’t slip through the cracks.	10	GSL	Documentation is here	Add a yearly calendar reminder to double check the SAML certificate is still good. November 1, 2030.
