Known Issues vs Tickets

Confirm we’re on the same page

GSL

Do we have an opinion of Ex Libris opening up a Known Issue and then closing our ticket and telling us to follow the known issue for updates? Does it matter what type of ticket it is?

  • Gem’s concern: unlike tickets, we can’t see all the known issues that UC people are following.

Gem will email Matt and ask about adding a new ticket status for Known Issue which will still allow us to track. Also email the Known Issues.
