Roles:
content point person (customize the slides with any unique agenda items, make sure all roles are covered for the kickoff, bring questions to TTF, etc.) The point person does not have to lead the actual kickoff.
MC (welcome, close, ensures smooth handoffs between speakers) - could be one of the presenters.
