  • Courtney and Ben decided on a small nimble team to lead EUO-LA and to form small sub-teams calling on Library experts as needed

  • Courtney will set up local confluence page, timeline, and airtable (PM)

  • Courtney, Ben, and Sangeeta met to discuss a short presentation update on SILS project at next Library all-staff (1/28/21). Sangeeta will review implementation timeline, Courtney comms timeline, Ben internal comms (might include Sylvia from internal training)
