ACQ OST Keeping up with CDLNZPT updates discussions about various styles of managing fund structure, reporting needs, CDL recharge processes, etc. RM CMOS Have a crossover group with some RM folks and members of the East Asian Studies Alma group to confirm our next steps for CJK and talk about some longer term options Updating our work plan priorities for Jan-Jun Releasing new versions of norm and merge rules in January to address some fields we no longer need/want

3	ExLibris Support Call update	FYI on the discussion from November Support Call	10	Tom / Caitlin	ExL recognized inappropriate change to the CJK request without discussing with UC first. Implemented HK version without consulting. ExL Closing tickets rapidly and without full communication. They are asking for an impact statement when these are being closed faster or without expected outcomes being met. This way support can push back with documentation on development if needed.
