4	CDLNZ-PT Update		10	@Erika Quintana @Lisa Spagnolo	NZ License Practice documentation & campus impacts. POL Ordering Feedback & Next Steps (forthcoming)		provide feedback on license practice if you have any, but mostly a holding pattern until we have clear details on how to cleanup data.
5	Deep Dive Discussion - Fund Management/Accounting		30	@Stacy McKenna	How are you managing Funds in Alma? How are you getting accounting information out for your teams? What solutions have you managed to develop for your colleagues? Which data are you still struggling with?	focused on CDL processes so Susan can be here for the original question discussion. UCD - requests for funds get processed outside of Alma, but recharges recorded for tracking for POLs. UCLA’s CDL vendor doesn’t have a financial system code, so POLs/invoices record info, but not for actually cutting checks directly.	Still up in the air about how to configure POLs for CDL recharges, attaching inventory, etc. Will likely still be per-campus decision, but still figuring out Analytics implications of options. CDL is still testing options for how they'll configure POLs/bibs/inventory.
6	CDL / Local campus Workflows - Updates?		Time permitting		5/2: re: CDL-NZ group to support CDL Shared Acquisitions. Waiting to hear more. (Still true 8/15) 4/25 Lisa S. Alma does not handle negative allocations (that was one of the ways we managed the recharge/deposit w/ transactions by title to draw that down). Lisa M. CDL has met with ExL to outline processes / use cases to take ExL development. Current functionality doesn’t fully support current workflows Google Drive space for recording where/how recharges are recorded SCLG supplying fiscal close deadlines. CDL NZ Shared Collections reviewing current workflows, will start with performing needs assessment		All: see the Google Drive space on recharges - and add in if not there already.
