2	Slack/General Questions	5		Jackie pointed out there’s a Primo July 2024 Release changelog! UCR: Advanced Title Search issues with the 505t surfacing higher than expected. UCSB: Heads up - issue with citation for Chicago style of citations. Had to replace with the latest style because the other was deprecated. Kept citation values from SILS migration and the labels were out-of-date with what was actually being used. https://gitlab.com/ucsb-library/alma-primo/-/issues/2 Question: Is there every a reason to show older citation styles? No one has requested going back to the old style at other campuses. Usually people are instructed to use the latest citation style.
3	Exclude CDI eBooks		Approve the page	Related Question: Can we keep track of the campus settings on the Campus Select Configurations page? This might be useful for troubleshooting purposes.	Approved the decision page! We will add this to the campus configuration.
4	Sharing and Updates	15	Share any Discovery related information from other SILS groups	LG: Patron privacy and data security team roster has been finalized and they’re starting to get the group setup. Named Accounts Project Team has some follow-up questions around shared accounts and after they get those ironed out will start updating allocations for named accounts. Working on a draft charge for the new Accessibility Group LG Governance townhall: only one person in all of SILS coming in new so they might do a longer newsletter instead of townhall. OT: RM OST has decided not to request a systemwide quote for Meridian Discussed the OARM-PT Final Report Ex Libris Support Meeting Agenda Semiannual reindexing Like Primo July 2024 Release changelog and would like to see more like it Lakshmi will be the new vice-chair for OT NZ Analytics and Sensitivity of Data Question about users will be forwarded to the new Data Privacy team For questions of cost, we’ll consult procurement/SCLG All-Chairs: Discussed membership transition process There’s not much turnover this year so don’t feel we need training on basic tools usage but training on advanced features might be useful. Interest in a documentation hub that shows how various groups are handling things (like voting for vice chair) For Chairs/vice chairs - how to put out fires, who to talk to when things need to be escalated Accessibility update: LG is working on charge for new accessibility group
5	Upcoming Meetings			Future Meetings: Discuss the accessibility spreadsheet results If Ex Libris shared more of the actual changes they made, we wouldn’t be as surprised when our customizations are impacted. UCB has someone who might be able to meet with our group to look at this more
