UCLA’s IC put in a ticket for the non-UCLA patron ending up in the VDX queue.
Joe heard back from Ex Libris about the problem of expired requests arriving at AFN pickup locations. This has been sent to development for further analysis, but the workaround in the meantime is to deactivate the Expired Resource Sharing Requests job. He shared this info with the ICs as well.
There is a response on Basecamp about how to attach a different item to a request. ExL was able to do this in the sandbox environment.

Not everyone will be using the UC Davis method for renewals.
