When should we begin to socialize and focus more on the new structure?

• Are folks familiar with when phase 4 concludes? Yes. Definitely in the Town Halls (verbally). It has also been in SILS-News - but a reminder would be good.

• Decision: Post go-live, the next SILS-News will highlight that phase 4 concludes at the end of the calendar year.

• Week of Aug. 16: SILS-News “the dust has settled from go-live” to include:

  • Reminder that phase 4 continues through Dec. 23

  • High-level mention of the new structure (to be implemented in Jan. 2021) and include link to the package on SILS docs page

  • Promote Sept. 21 town hall and attach Outlook invite

• Week of Sept. 6: high-level overview of UCLAS and the SILS Structure, plus reminder about upcoming town hall

• Tuesday, Sept. 21, 12:30-1:30 pm :

  • Overviews of UCLAS, SILS Structure and CDL Ops Center (40 minutes of content, 20 minutes for questions)
