Thus, SC&A-specific concerns should be accounted for by the FG members, even if these reps do not specifically work within SC&A. The EL groups are not designed to be consulted on every decision, rather, they are designed to mitigate conflict in decision-making. Campuses have been asked to develop a test plan for their campus by end of August to review the test data in vanguard. Implementation coordinators are the leads on developing each local campus test plan, and FG reps are leads on developing test plans for system-wide concerns. Vanguard data will be available in September.
