Desired outcome: Make sure you are aware of the issues you encountered and prepare to be more successful at cutover.

Individual IC homework and possible IC group discussion.

Timing? Do it at your own pace; it will be a living document. Bring back any early systemwide issues for discussion at the Feb 11 IC meeting.

• Step 1: Review your SF case for what the issues were with the migration form (also look at your vanguard form)

• Step 2: How did the data extract go?

• Don’t worry about the configuration form since it’s a starting place only. We all know it’s frustrating.

• Migration form

  • What did you get right or wrong?

  • What are you still confused about?

  • Did you have the right people fill it out?

  • What was your strategy for filling it out? did that work?

• Data extract

  • How much time was needed to extract data?

  • How many people did you work with? any changes to make?

  • Did you have to do any work on the data?

  • Was more time needed?

Did you make the same mistakes in test load that you did in vanguard?

After campus discussions, come together to discuss with ICs

Advice: take notes now so you don’t forget!

Looking ahead: When you got the environment, did the data migrate as expected?
