Graphic Designer expectations

• 2-4 hours per week starting in 2021 Jan/Feb through July (and possibly a few months after go-live)

• Will not attend weekly meetings

• Deliverables: branding materials library with UC assets that can be customized by campus. Assets would include

  • logos in widely used formats (.svg, .png, .jpg) to use for different media (ex. instructional materials, library sites, press releases, social media)

  • 2 - 3 infographics describing/explaining the ecosystem

• Plan to onboard in January. Add to SILS EUO listerv, slack.

•  Christine Barone (Unlicensed) and Lena Zentall (Unlicensed) will check with Steering to ensure none of these design assets need further approval.
