Lisa and Carla met with TSELG on 8/5 to discuss Analytics. Discovery: Are problems with Primo VE being referred back to the group? Hearing reports that sometimes users get the “diamonds are forever”. Sometimes refreshing the page helps. From chat: logout/login, clearing cache. Fulfillment: Some campuses have not turned on AFN. Knowing this before go live helped, so this hasn't been an issue. Also, during summer the number of requests is down overall which also helps. Working through kinks as they come up. DCFG: We’re working on a roadmap for the remaining months. SILS Ops: We’re working on a more detailed plan for what we do and what we don’t do. Will want to check in with PPC next week for sure. We’re also seeing a lot of people reaching out directly to us, but maybe it bears checking with various FGs first? Not sure how we want to handle that.
