Final to-do items for EUOS

• Make a written recommendation in Work Handoff document:

  • Where graphic assets (e.g. Wordmark, Get it at UC, infographic) should live

  • What content in UC Library Search page needs to be archived, and for how long

  • Any recommendations for future communication plans or workflows for end users

  • Any recommendations for existing CKGs or systemwide groups to continue documenting/improving end user services for UC Library Search (e.g. stuff on this UC Library Search Help, Local FAQ Pages, Resources document)

• Task: Google Drive clean up

Website discussion

• Keep/Modify: Home page (remove things below the horizontal line); About page (remove the milestones); Melvyl Through Time

• Unpublish: Contacts, FAQ, News Archive

• Move: FAQ and News Archive to Google Drive somewhere

• Add link back to the CDL staff page for UC Library Search page - stop updating it

• Users should go to campus pages for FAQs

• Decide at later meeting which pages to keep/archive, and for how long

Google Drive:

• Stacy will take final versions of most documents and stick in the UCLAS SILS folder
