OT’s role in cross-communication between subteams - once the recommendations get finalized, we should follow-up with the subteams.

RMFG tab:

• Handoff tasks as indicated on the spreadsheet with the exception of:

• Row 3 - Create a new RLF Deposit Task Force (RDTF) to tackle this task, and also recommend that this be pushed back to the Resource Management Group to write a draft charge of what this group will be doing, which will be reviewed and approved by Leadership Group.

• Row 16 - Handoff to Cataloging/Metadata Operations Subteam with input from Acquisitions team; there should be communication and collaboration with these two teams on this task.

Internal Training tab:

• Handoff tasks on this tab to the Operations Team

EUOS tab:

• Handoff tasks on this tab to the Operations Team; OT owns these tasks and the decision-making, but the work will be done by the SILS Operations Center and the SILS Service Manager

Com Leads tab:

• Handoff tasks on this tab to the Operations Team; OT owns these tasks and the decision-making, but the work will be done by the SILS Operations Center and the SILS Service Manager

PMs tab:

Update on UCOP Stats - CoUL will be looking at reports qualitatively to determine if changes need to be made to the reports that we are generating.

What are the NERS Enhancements?

• If your campus has a local Eluna Membership, you get to vote on the NERS enhancements; NERS = New Enhancement Request System

How do we as a consortia submit something during this 2-week period?

• If you have enhancements you want to submit, please send an email to the SILS Ops center (sils-sysops@cdlib.org) and they will submit it as-is

• Not sure if there is a limit to the NERS enhancement, by consortia

Do submissions need to be vetted?

• Need to formalize this process for going forward, and perhaps we punt for this initial round
