| 3 | Update: Mobile Account Screen | Discuss the problem and possible solutions. | | | Users have trouble renewing ILLs because Primo requires them to switch between campuses rather than aggregating checked out books in one place. Usability Testing at UCSC has shown that no one figures that out without help.
This becomes worse in Mobile, especially if the drop-down chevron is “hidden” by the library name. A quick solution was to shorten the width of the library name so that it didn’t cover the chevron. But this does not address the ultimate problem with the UX design of the ILL renewal process. | | - All: Reach out to local campuses to see if this issue has been noticed elsewhere.

He may reach out to other campuses. USCS is testing a solution for excluding other campus' e-books, but it is also excluding DDA books. They are reaching out to Ex Libris for a solution to pull the DDA information back into the search results.
