Ex Libris has quarterly feature releases which introduce new features into Primo VE. These features may benefit SILS but may involve tradeoffs. Discovery has decided to dedicate each meeting after a feature release for reviewing the release notes and determining if any additional action should be taken.

Discovery may choose to meet earlier if we become aware of a large change and have enough information to discuss ahead of time.
Review of Release Notes
Plan Discovery members will plan to read the release notes ahead and of time and then sit down and decode together what the document actually saysreview again together in our meeting. Additional meetings and testing will be scheduled if needed.
