For records we plan to add to the NZ that don’t have OCLC numbers, do campuses want to coordinate 035 prefixes to see where they might have the same content?

For example: ProQuest Congressional Research Service. If other campuses have subscribed and used the PQ records, should we work out an 035 standard so that they can be de-duped in the NZ?
