Draft work plan for the next year:

Impetus to reflect discussions around ideas that group had discussed wanting to follow-up on as we have worked throughout the year. The plan can prioritize planned projects, milestones have also been included.

Three different types of projects - regular review (which will most likely be an annual check-in), major updates and one-time projects.

Data dictionary is current as of our current decisions but will be updated to reflect any decisions and changes.

• A summary of changes annually would be beneficial - should a subgroup be assigned to review the changes, using the version control document and prototype report.

• It would be helpful to document our decisions - i.e. document changes in the queries. Instead of creating this we could save a snapshot in our current documentation - we will revisit this.

Special Collections - will be worked directly with HOSC so AASA-PT might or might not be involved with the decision (it depends on their Special Collections). Basically - reviewing what we did last year and if we can affirm that should be done again.

What process did we want to go about this - with limited time before statistics are generated, before July 1st.

In work plan:

A third tab with a list sorted by files to review will be created.

Lines 5 & 6 AASA-PT decided this is a campus data cleanup issue and does not need to be addressed by AASA-PT - AASA-PT will continue to use the 22/23 approach in 23/24
