  • Reviewed proposal & Use case notes

  • For consideration:

    • What use cases would ERES have for more access to the NZ?

    • What rules would we propose for interacting with the NZ in this way?

  • Steering Committee discussed importance of establishing rules covering how to interact with the NZ

  • Possible escalation process discussed

  • Many ideas/proposals under consideration for NZ access, but this could happen in different ways (e.g. view access, one person from each campus, one person from a team).

    • Other possibilities: campus staff create file sent to CDL and CDL imports it

  • OARMPT interested in this as well

  • Be specific about use cases for NZ access

  • During troubleshooting, viewing NZ portfolio details would be helpful
