NRLF - creating a filter to get correct data. SRLF - more complicated. May have to run this as non-ILS data in future. Daisy - last year, had original depositor info, didn’t report withdrawns. Campuses asking how data could be gathered from RLFs to clean up records. Discussion led to use of modification date to gather that information. When applied, didn’t work due to data clean up at RLFs (changed modification dates). Berkeley and UCLA most affected. | Records counts may have to become manual reports to get accurate data. | Daisy will report progress with non-ILS data. Renaming added/withdrawn to accessioned/deaccessioned to be debated. |
