• PM proposal for Coordinator slack channel:

  • Create a (private) forum for planning and discussions. An easy way to ensure all Coordinator-level groups have the information they need to operate and make decisions.

  • Work is becoming more complex and relying on the SSM position to keep everyone informed in a timely manner is not sustainable. Caitlin has taken on a level of coordination that goes beyond expectations for the position. It also means, one person holds all the information.

If we feel it is useful from a project management perspective, if it is well scoped, and doesn't add a lot of overhead. Hasn’t been a lot of need to communicate with the other coordinators, but could be useful. Could expand to a meeting if we see a need.
