DISCOVERY VISION: We strive to design and implement the best possible discovery and delivery experience for our end users using data-driven decision making. We envision a network zone experience that will allow users to discover library materials across UC collections without sacrificing relevant results. As such, the default search and results interface should prioritize the success of typical users while providing additional functionality for more advanced users.

The Alma Accounts Task Force presented a draft plan on how to assign accounts (due to the much higher number campuses are requesting now vs. when we negotiated pricing). A final plan will be presented to CoUL at the end of May for a decision in June. The SILS Transition Team Task Force charge should be approved at the next WG meeting and begin meeting in June. Shared Governance TF: The charges and structure for the new (post-go-live) governance structure is in final draft form and will be reviewed/approved by the WG on June 11, with CoUL and DOC to approve June 14. Local EUOS and IT groups are planning to use the frozen Test environment for training and screen captures. Decision pages approved:
