ExL is working on the agenda. Once we have the agenda, we will need to:

• determine which campus can host the zoom sessions

• assign hosts for each session

• write a welcome script for hosts

• Registration

  • Autosend zoom info - in google form or qualtrics and include a link to the sheet for questions.

  Ex Libris wants questions in advance. What process do we want to use?

  • Include link on confirmation pageinclude Data Privacy Form in the registration

  • Tip for the questions - if any are specific to a campus (and they want a specific-to-them answer), be sure that they give permission to show their environment.
