Review homework and brainstorm questions to ask

Hermine’s homework

Discovery - patron should not be worried about where it is but just request the items.

Special collections being the exception as need to know the campus/library. Not all in special collection libraries; need to understand restricted limitations also. Building use policies also.

Rota working now, would an RLF IZ improve the rota? Thoughts are not substantially.

Request links question – two request or one request link?Is a single link possible? What impact to functionality?

Statistics – what are you counting on each campus vs NRLF and all the nuances.

How to tease out what happens where for host campuses to know where the work will fall if RLF IZ?

Do we ask what exactly is our scope – do we give ideas and recommend further investigation or do we do thought experiments and offer more ideas?

Biggest question is about our scope – focus on that before doing more?

Pursue scope clarification (Lynne/Sage)

Conversations with NRLF & SRLF staff to talk to about pain points. (Chris/Lynne) (Let RCPT know schedule so they can attend if works for them)

Homework: add RLF Interview questions & Harmonization ideas to the document!
