Discuss how PPC might use Office hours time for special topics: Identify areas of interest

• e.g. What is the list of configurations that, once made, you can’t change?

  • That would help dictate policies for the future.

  • Not essential for vanguard, but want to get this info for Test Load for sure.

•  Caitlin Nelson and Lena Zentall (Unlicensed) to confirm if Ex Libris intends to be at office hours the whole time. scenario: what if someone comes at 11:30?
